Connellsville Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board
The board will serve educational and advisory functions, making recommendations to city council.
Its mission is to identify opportunities to address diversity, promote diversity programs and provide guidance to create a more-equitable, accessible, safe, welcoming and inclusive government and community. The board must raise any money needed for programs it sponsors.

Resolution: “To grant permission to the Diversity and Inclusion Board to use Yough Park on Saturday, June 8, 2024 for their Pride Fest 2024 from 9 AM to 5 PM; further granting items listed on the Utilization Form.”
Resolution: “To grant permission to the Diversity and Inclusion Board to use Veteran’s Plaza and the East Side Fire Hall from 8 AM until 10 PM on June 15, 2024 for their Juneteenth Celebration; Event to begin 11 AM until 7 PM; further authorizing items listed on the Utilization Form be approved.”
